Cancellation & rescheduling — full terms This time is reserved especially for you. Before preparation begins, if we cannot agree on suitable dates or mutually decide the immersion is not a fit, you will receive a full refund. Once your dates are confirmed, cancellations received at least 60 days before your original arrival date receive an 80% refund ($8,000). With 30–59 days’ notice, you receive a 50% refund ($5,000). With fewer than 30 days’ notice, payments are nonrefundable. Processing fees will not be deducted from these refunds. With at least 30 days’ notice, you may reschedule once at no charge, subject to availability, for dates within 12 months of your original arrival date. Cancellation eligibility remains based on your original dates; rescheduling does not restart the refund window. Requests with fewer than 30 days’ notice may be considered individually for illness or emergencies and are not guaranteed. If I need to cancel, you may choose a full refund or new dates. Travel and lodging are arranged separately and are not included; please wait for written confirmation of your immersion dates before booking either. Once the immersion begins, there are no refunds for time you choose to miss. You are always free to decline or pause any practice.
